  • View and manage forms that this application has been installed in: To view and manage only the current Google Form that the user is interacting with, enabling the add-on to handle form responses, generate QR codes, and send notifications.
  • View and manage the Google Slides presentations that this application is installed in: To view and manage only the current Google Slides presentation that the user is interacting with, enabling the add-on to generate QR codes, insert or update slides.
  • Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications: To display the user interface components necessary to interact with Google Forms.
  • See your profile info: To view your email address, allowing notifications to be sent to the correct user.
  • Allow this application to run when you are not present: To automate tasks such as sending notifications and processing form responses when you are not actively using the Google Form.
  • Send email as you: To send email notifications when sending a QR code to users, authorization emails, feedback requests, and form response notifications.
  • Connect to an external service: To make external HTTP requests, such as sending notifications to Slack or other platforms.

These permissions are necessary to provide the core features of the add-on, such as notifications, QR code generation, and sharing forms through various platforms. We do not access or use this data for any other purpose.
